This year, a lot of things happened to me. Although the trials I faced were not as heavy as the ones I did a few years back, there were still a few that I could have not gone through without God’s help. Although I have grown pretty busy with work, sleep-deprived, and transformed into a woman-on-the-go, my 2015 Certified Positive Planner helped me out a lot to still desire to walk closely with God everyday.
As a #CertifiedPositiveAdvocate, I am happy about the fact that more and more people are buying and giving Certified Positive planners as gifts to their friends, families, and other loved ones. What makes me happier is the fact that it won’t only help those who purchased it or received it plan their day to day activities, but also know God more, even little by little.
Although not much has changed since this year’s planner, I am still excited about my Certified Positive journey for 2016. So, what’s inside the 2016 Certified Positive Planner?
How to maximize your planner
Aside from having the companion, this planner will help you out in a lot of things. This will give you an overview on how to go about maximizing your planner to its fullest, with you benefiting from it!
Daily Verse Tracker
It’s another year, meaning 365 days to read all of the books in the Bible! This’ll help you track what books and chapters you’ve already read for the past days, weeks, months. (And yes, don’t fret, it can be done!)
This’ll guide you on how to go about your quiet time (just in case you don’t have one yet) and a page for you to fill with your deepest desires and concerns especially for the coming year.
Prayer Request and Thanksgiving
You can write the people or situation you would like to pray for or better yet write it down in your Certified Positive Prayer Journal so that you can elaborate on it more. Throughout the year, there will be a lot of blessings and trials and what better way to look back through the year seeing that you have so much to be thankful for and that God delivered you through each of these trials?
2016 Spiritual and Personal Goals
I love making lists. You’ve probably read that in my blog, but I stand firm in the belief that it helps you track your progress and makes you more motivated because once you write it down, it becomes something concrete. We all know that having personal and spiritual balance in one’s life is very vital. This planner will help you in achieving that.
Gospel of Jesus Christ
For people who are unfamiliar, this can be the key for them to fully understand what happened on the cross thousand of years ago. For the old Christians, this serves as a reminder of what we have come to believe. The gift of eternal life, the road to salvation.
Twelve testimonies from famous personalities in different industries are included, one for each month, sharing how how they have come to know the Lord and how graciously and faithfully He worked in their lives. These personalities include Kuya Kim Atienza, Venus Raj, Oyo and Kristine Hermosa-Sotto, and Dyan Castillejo.
Good news + Monthly Spiritual Goals
Every month, a different topic is discussed for the planner owner to understand more or be reminded about Christ. Aside from that, you can also write down your goals for the month for work, ministry, and other personal ones. You can take note of your favorite verse(/s) and prayer request(/s), and the random acts of kindness you would like to do for the duration of the month.
Monthly Budget + Daily Expense Tracker
Be financially responsible and keep track of how much you earn and save. This monthly part of the planner can help you be aware of where you’re spending the money the Lord has blessed you with.
General events? Favorite verses? Simple thoughts? You can write them all in this spacious monthly view. Plus, there are interesting facts at the bottom right of each month!
Like last year, the weekly view includes your Top Priorities of the Week space, Weekly Devotion, and the Pos-TWEET-ive Act. Each day, there are words of positivity and inspiration to help you be on top of things.
Reflections and Notes
There are three questions at the end of each month to help you evaluate what happened in the past 30/31 days. A space for prayer – anything you want to tell the Lord based on what happened on that particular month. You can even write quotes or lyrics on the Notes page which had a big impact for you on that certain month.
Faith Booster Stickers
Fun and inspirational stickers you can use or give to friends. These stickers deserve special places (and people). I wouldn’t want them to go to waste so I’m saving them!
Positive Vibes Cards
Give out cards to friends who need that GV, pin it to your inspiration board, stick it on your office desk – whatever works! Keep the positive vibes flowing with these cards.
Something exciting about the 2016 planner! Discount coupons for PCBS, OMF LIT, and Back to the Bible. Now you can enjoy discounts with the help of this planner.
Contact numbers you might need in case of an emergency. There’s also a page which includes a spiritual hotline, for people who are going through rough times.
I’m pretty sure I’ll have a pretty good year with my 2016 Certified Positive Planner as my spiritual planner. It helped me a lot this year, what more next year?
The 2016 Certified Positive Planner is priced at P565 and is available on Certified Positive’s online shop, Philippine Christian Bookstore branches, Fully Booked, National Book Store branches, or you can check it out here.
I’ll end this post with the memory verse found at the first page of the planner and one of my favorite verses to date:
Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is theLord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6, ESV
