Be A Life Saver through LoveHopeFaith

December 24, 2016

I know a lot of people who have lost their loved ones to cancer. I’ve read a lot of stories on the internet on how difficult it is to deal with cancer, not only for the patient but his/her family and loved ones as well. So if you’ll ever have a chance to be a life saver, won’t you at least grab the chance to help? When I heard about LoveHopeFaith Gift Shop and its advocacy, I felt really happy at the chance given to me to be of actual help to people suffering from cancer.

I first heard about LoveHopeFaith (LHF) through my officemate a year ago. It is an all-Filipino social enterprise founded with the main aim to become an instrument to provide care and assistance to a cancer patient. Unlike any other social enterprises, 50% of the net proceeds from the purchases of LHF products are donated to its causes: primarily children with cancer. Now that the business has grown, LHF was able to add non-profit institutions to its list of beneficiaries. Other beneficiaries include: Tahanan Sta. Luisa, a crisis intervention for street children, and Tahanan Carmela D’Amor, a center for abandoned children managed by the Sisters of the Divine Zeal. I can say that they are really true to their commitment in providing affordable and quality products while giving back to the community!

Life Saver Watch (Big and Small)

The Life Saver Watch comes in two sizes: big and small. It all boils down to preference, I believe. LHF just released the latest version of the Life Saver Watch last July. Life Saver Watch version 3.0 now features Japan Movement technology and is water resistant. I was able to try out that feature two weeks ago when we went to Rizal for an ATV Adventure and the rain suddenly poured. My Life Saver Watch was still functioning after getting wet from the rain!

Please don’t mind the grain in the Life Saver Watch! It is not grainy inside (please refer to first and last photo of the post). It just ended up this way because of the editing! Anyway, the obvious difference between the two is the size.

There are a lot of colors you can choose from, depending on your favorite. If you’re up for it, why not collect all of them? I’m eyeing the White, Navy Blue, and Army Green.

The most-awaited silicone protective cover of the watch was also released last month. It helps to prevent scratches on the rim and glass of the watch. Initially, the cover for big sizes is available for free for each purchase of a Life Saver Watch. There are specific instructions on how to install said protective cover to the Life Saver Watch. Cover for small sizes will be available soon. Those who purchased a Version 3.0 watch before the release of the silicone case can claim their free covers at the LHF physical store or any of its bazaar booths, until supplies last. You guys just need to present a proof of purchase to their staff: a receipt or the watch.

Life Saver Shirt

I haven’t worn my Life Saver Shirt yet but I love the texture of the cloth that was used for it. I got the Small sized shirt and I’m actually waiting for an opportunity to wear it in an event where a lot of people would possibly be so that they can see it and be aware that by buying either a watch, shirt, or bag, they’ll be able to save a life. Also, I’d love to have the black shirt!

Life Saver Bag

I was honestly surprised when this bag came in the mail! For it’s price, I can say that it’s sturdy and really spacious. I used this during our ATV adventure as previously mentioned in the earlier part of this post. It was soaking wet but the texture didn’t deteriorate unlike other bags when they get soaked for a while.
