I’m a bookworm. I developed the love for reading since I was in grade school. Sad thing though, I rarely read books by Filipino authors. Well, aside from Bob Ong’s books and the ones we were required to read while we were still studying, I’ve lacked the interest to read that genre. Over the past few years, I noticed that the support for teenage authors, especially in the Philippines, has been flourishing. But still, I think, it was not enough drive to pursue reading Pinoy-authored books.
I know the internet is full of challenges since social media really started to bloom and I am only one of the many people who have tried accomplishing one or more of these. I’ve been wanting to post about this 21-day challenge I did, immediately after I finished it but I got really caught up with work and the free time I have I chose to spend either sleeping or relaxing. But after more or less a month, I’m encouraged to redo this again and not just confine it in 21 days but everyday.
I’ve been wanting to post this list for quite some time now but got caught up with other blog ideas and I actually forgot. But this morning, while having my morning devotion, I caught a glimpse of this book again and it’s as if it was telling me, “Hello! Have you forgotten you were supposed to blog about me two years ago?” Lo and behold, it got its response.
