If God had a Refrigerator

January 21, 2012

I really love this poem. It’s from a book I bought at Philippine Christian Book Store here in Legazpi City. It’s called “Every Teen Girl’s The Little Pink Book” by Cathy Bartel. Since I read this poem in the first part of the book, I fell in love with it. I underlined the line I love the most.

If God had a refrigerator, your picture would be on it.
If He had a wallet, your photo would be in it.
He sends you flowers every spring and a sunrise every morning.
Whenever you want to talk, He’ll listen.
He can live anywhere in the universe, and He chose your heart.
What about the Christmas gift He sent you in Bethlehem; not to mention that Friday at Calvary.
Face it, friend. He’s crazy about you.
Max Lucado

One of these days I am going to blog really loooong about this. I am really being blessed with this book. I can’t help but reread it everytime I grab a hold of it.
